Turn off ur Galaxy W.

Press and Hold , Volume Up + Home + Power Button

If Samsung Loggo appear, Release Power Button, just Power Button!

When this windows appear, pres Menu once

Use Volume Up and Down to choose, choose "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET"

and press Home Screen
After that, choose "REBOOT SYSTEM NOW"
